Once I have received your package or items, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for the turnaround.

Do I need to label or order my media and photos before sending them to you?

What if some of my media and photos are in really poor condition?

My advanced technology is the best in the industry to perform the highest quality scans possible and I will do all I can to restore your photos.

If you are still not satisfied with your photo and media scan than you can always order a photo and media restoration.

Have more items for you to digitize?

What happens if my tape, reel, or audio is blank?

I will spend time reviewing and checking your tape for footage during the transfer process. If I find that any of your tapes are blank, I’ll mark the blank ones with a note for you.

I do my best to digitize all your items but some items will not able to be digitized. You will receive a 100% refund for any items that cannot be processed or items that are marked as blank.

What are your methods of payment?

Is it worthwhile to make a Slideshow with the tons of pictures I have?

Yes. Slideshows are excellent when it comes to organizing and storing your precious memories.

Create a Slideshow with pictures of the first smile, the first tooth, the first step, other sweet moments of your baby’s life, weddings, special events, etc. Give the DVD to distant grandparents and let them experience what the little ones are up to!

Display a Slideshow at “birthdays, graduations, engagements, weddings, baby showers, weddings, anniversaries, and retirements.”

I don’t live near you. Do you accept orders from out-of-state clients?
