 Careful Review and Guaranteed Satisfaction

I will take the time to review and check your tapes for footage during the transfer process. If I find any tapes are blank, I’ll mark them with a note for your reference.

While I strive to digitize all your items, some may not be suitable for digitization. In such cases, you will receive a 100% refund for any items that cannot be processed or are marked as blank.

 Image Format Preferences

While it’s not necessary, wide-format images (landscape) works better for video as they are easier to fill up the screen.

For portrait images, I will build a frame around them to ensure they fill the screen appropriately.
